Pop Spirituality Drama - Flight Delay

This drama titled Flight Delay was performed during week one of the Pop Spirituality series. It looks at the concept of: "What if God was one of us? What would He look like, what would He say to us? What would we say to Him?" This drama opens up our minds to the possibility of God being involved in our life, as one of us. The scene opens with two people waiting in an airport terminal as their flights are being delayed due to weather. "Joan" is walking in with her carry-on suitcase and a cup from Starbucks, and reacts with frustration when her flight is announced that it's on a 2-hour delay. "God" is sitting in a row of seats looking at an Oprah magazine. The two interact and Joan feels like she's met someone who knows her like no one else does.
